After dark
The hot tub is on the terrace, heated and refilled automatically, facing down the valley. From late August to mid April, a dark and clear night can bring the northern lights over the house.

Location
Through the Vaðlaheiðargöng tunnel from Akureyri, then into the forest at Lundskógur in the Fnjóskadalur valley. The walking trails of Vaglaskógur, a nine-hole golf course and the river are close by.
